Transforming the real estate lifecycle through automation, intelligence and integrated payments.
Axtec is a technology company building connected infrastructure for the real estate industry. We combine AI, automation and embedded financial services with expert-derived insights - a framework we call Actual Intelligence™ - to deliver better outcomes for agents, property owners and ecosystem partners.
Our story
Axtec began as Axiom Properties, a diversified property and development group with a long track record of delivering value in the Australian real estate sector. Building on this foundation, we recognised a bigger industry challenge: a $100B transaction ecosystem still defined by manual workflows, fragmented technology, and lost value for agents, networks, and consumers. Guided by years of partnerships across major real estate groups, Axiom evolved into a technology-driven business assembling strategic assets including PaySure, Proffer, PointData, and MyHomeVault, to create an end-to-end automation platform that embeds payments, lending, compliance, AI-driven insights, and consumer engagement into a single, scalable infrastructure. Today, as Axtec, we transform how real estate transactions happen. From appraisal to settlement to long-term ownership - empowering partners with the automation, intelligence, and revenue engines that drive growth across the entire property lifecycle.
